In 2024, Farrel planned a Windstar Cruise to Italy, France, and Spain for me and my daughter. She took care of all the details. I was amazed at how all of her pre-planning made our travel experience seamless. She thoroughly researched every port and made recommendations on what we should see and do. This made for a stress free vacation and we got to see everything we wanted to and more. It was a perfect trip. I am looking forward to planning many more travel adventures with Farrel!

My husband and I were planning a trip for our 20th anniversary and couldn’t really figure out where we wanted to go. We narrowed it down to Italy and his is where my amazing travel advisor, Farrel Chapman, stepped in to help with the planning. She was so kind and knowledgeable in researching tours, regions, lengths of stay, dates, and got us narrowed down to a great plan that worked within our budget and timeline. She went over and above in presenting me with valuable travel info and workable solutions and optional tours at destinations and even where to get the best gelato! She’s a jewel, with an exceptionally positive attitude, and she always found workarounds and shortcuts so that step of the process was manageable. She even made suggestions on flights and connections. We settled on an 11-day tour of Italy that was simply wonderful! Can’t wait to see what’s next. I know we’ll be using Farrel for our next advemtire, wherever that is. A truly wonderful experience working with someone so professional and thoughtful.
