Favorite trip: I love South Africa. It truly has something for everyone. Cape Town is a beautiful, cosmopolitan city with pristine nature and a unique culture. The Stellenbosch wine region is nearby and, to me, there is nothing more special than being on safari and seeing the animals in wild.
Bucket List: The pyramids of Egypt
Amy Thompson – Executive Assistant to D’Lane & Travel Advisor
Amy comes from a long line of travel lovers! Her maternal grandparents visited all seven continents, her paternal grandparents visited Russia as soon as it was open for US travelers, and her parents rely on Amy to plan their worldwide travels today! She is just getting started with chasing her own travel goals, as she and her husband recently became empty nesters. They have three daughters, and they love their roles as Grammy and Pops to their four grandchildren. Amy loves all-inclusive beach vacations, Virgin Voyages Cruises, and European river cruises!
Favorite Trip: My husband and I spent several days in London, followed by a river cruise out of Amsterdam. In London, we loved mixing historical tours (Tower of London, Windsor Castle, etc.) with modern interests (Harry Potter studios and Ted Lasso tour of Richmond). The highlights of our time in Amsterdam were the Anne Frank house, a walking food tour, and a canal cruise! After that, we loved the relaxation of the river cruise. The food and drinks were amazing, the walking tours were informative, the ship was beautiful, and our fellow passengers were so fun! We are already dreaming of our next river cruise.
Bucket list: Rhine River cruise

She just achieved her ambitions goal of traveling to 30 countries before her 30th birthday, and she is just getting started!
Favorite Trip: Iceland and Azores – Both have stunning landscapes/nature and are unlike anywhere else in the world.
Bucket list: Antarctica
Dani Martin- Travel Advisor
Dani’s love for travel started as a kid, when she spent summers in New York with her grandparents. Her aunt would take her on adventures all over the city and surrounding areas, sparking a curiosity for new places that’s never left her.
After years of planning trips for herself, friends, and family, she decided to turn her passion into a career. She focuses on cruises, destination weddings, and international travel. She is a specialist for Virgin Voyages, Royal Caribbean, and Carnival Cruise Line.
Favorite Trip: San Pedro, Belize. Everyone got around by golf cart, and we were able to explore the island and truly experience the local culture and food. I have friends who live there, so we were lucky enough to discover all the locals’ hidden gems. It felt like home away from home.
Bucket List: Anywhere in Asia! I can’t wait to dive into the rich culture, food, and landscapes.
Elisabeth Humphries- Travel Advisor
As a corporate executive, Elisabeth enjoyed travel with her husband and son but could only go on 10–12-day trips over holiday weekends. She made the most of those trips, including Thailand, New Zealand, Japan, Ecuador and all over Europe. She has been to numerous countries and almost all of the 50 United States. Upon retiring from the corporate world, Elisabeth couldn’t wait to turn her passion into a part-time career.
Favorite trip: Any trip with my husband and son spent in nature including Galapagos, the Amazon Tree House Lodge in Peru, and the Mashpi Cloud Forest Reserve in Ecuador.
Bucket List: Iceland, Portugal and Rio, just to name a few.
Farrel Chapman- Travel Advisor
Farrel has always enjoyed traveling, but it wasn’t until she became an empty nester that she was able to visit some places she’d only read about. She fell in love with small-ship cruising coast of Italy, France, and Spain. A river cruise down the Danube quickly followed, and she was hooked! She decided to take her passion for travel to help others explore the world. She loves helping clients turn their travel dreams into reality.
Favorite Trip: This is an impossible choice, because I have loved all of it. From Yellowstone to Universal Studios to NYC and then all of the beautiful, historic places in Europe… How do you choose? I’ll go with Kauai, Hawaii, because it was the first big trip we took as a family. Kauai has the “grand canyon of the Pacific,” the Nāpali Coast, and so many incredible beaches, including Hanalei Bay of “Puff the Magic Dragon” fame. If this island isn’t in your plan for Hawaii, it should be.
Bucket List: I am a huge history buff, so I would love to take a World War II tour of Great Britain, France, Amsterdam, Poland, Belgium, Italy and Germany.

Favorite Trip: A family trip to Paris to celebrate my mother’s 70th birthday. It was the first time most of my nine siblings had been to Europe and was my mom’s dream trip. It was all the things I love about travel: celebrating and exploring a new destination with family and friends! Paris never disappoints… the sights and sounds, museums, monuments, cafes. Fabulous!
Bucket List: The Galapagos Islands, Greece and the Amalfi Coast just to name a few!
Linda Clarke- Travel Advisor
Linda first fell in love with travel while on a summer trip with her family traveling from Florida to Niagara Falls and Ontario, Canada. A teacher for many years, she served as an educational advisor to high school students who traveled to Europe, and she also taught English in Taiwan for two summers, enriching her life forever. She has visited all seven continents and looks forward to seeing even more of this beautiful world.
Linda is excited to join this talented team at All the Travel! Becoming a travel advisor was a natural transition from teaching, as she finds it rewarding to help others make their travel dreams a reality.
Favorite trip: My husband and I celebrated our 50th anniversary with a six-week trip river cruising and touring in Europe, followed by two weeks in Kenya and Tanzania. We had our multigenerational family of ten together on incredible safari drives as we rose early to spot the animals. We glided over the Masai Mara in a hot air balloon and accompanied an aboriginal tribe on their hunt, all while exploring and experiencing Africa’s beauty.
Bucket List: Scandinavia
Mary Reconnu- Travel Advisor
Mary’s passion for travel developed at an early age when she would read the Rand McNally maps nonstop, or spin a globe and learn about whatever country she landed on. She realizes that travel is not one-size-fits-all, so she specializes in tailoring your travel needs to meet your style. She made the decision to join the travel industry during COVID. While the world was shut down, she spent her time on education and training, and has never looked back. Mary has climbed the highest waterfall on New Zealand’s North Island, and also enjoys a day relaxing on a white sand beach in Turks and Caicos. When not traveling she enjoys spending time volunteering in her community, trying new restaurants, and spending time with her family and dogs.
Favorite trip: Chiang Mai, Thailand is my favorite trip ever. While visiting this wonderful city, I was able to meet the elephants at Elephant Nature Park and immerse myself into the Thai culture. I stumbled upon a festival for locals and was the only tourist there. The people were so welcoming and shared their food and even taught me dance moves.
Bucket List: Antarctica is my bucket list trip. It is a magical place worth visiting if you can make it through Drake Passage!
Meredith Prince- Travel Advisor
Meredith was raised by parents who loved to travel. Her family took a two-week European tour when she was in 7th grade, sparking her lifelong interest in exploring new places and cultures around the world. Today, Meredith takes multiple trips each year and has visited 26 countries across five continents.
In the U.S., her favorite destinations are National Parks, where she enjoys hiking and breathtaking scenery—Arches and Zion top her list. She enjoys escorted tours but also appreciates the freedom of independent travel with her family and close friends.
When traveling, Meredith likes to get an early start exploring the must-see sights, then spends her afternoons strolling through neighborhoods, relaxing at sidewalk cafés, and soaking in the atmosphere. Lately, she has focused more on active travel, but she also loves relaxed vacations at all-inclusive resorts and both ocean and river cruises. She’s excited to turn her passion for travel into planning trips for family, friends, and now, clients.
Favorite Trip: Egypt—visiting the Pyramids of Giza and cruising the Nile River. I also loved Southern Italy—touring Pompeii and experiencing the incredible history, with Taormina in Sicily feeling like a dream.
Bucket List: Antarctica—to walk with the penguins!

Favorite Trip: My first long distance international travel was New Zealand at 13 years old. It was memorable for so many reasons. I recall going to get my passport, having a layover at LAX (where my grandmother met us at the gate!), and arriving in Auckland. We went blackwater rafting and saw glow worms, parapented over geysers, stayed on a sheep farm, learned all about the Māori culture, and drove on the other side of the road. We flew home on Easter which meant we celebrated three times: in New Zealand, at LAX with Grandma, and at home.
Bucket List: My bucket list is to have an adventure of any scale planned every 6-8 weeks. I treasure the small adventures over a long weekend and the landmark trips. There are too many cultures and places in the world to experience for me to choose just one. I want to soak it in for as long as my body and mind can!
