We’ll discuss the specifics of your trip, including who you’ll be traveling with, your target budget, any must-haves on your list. We’ll address any questions you may have. The goal of this discussion is for us to gather the information necessary to put together your travel itinerary. Depending on the scope of trip, there may be a nominal planning fee to proceed.

Adventure Awaits
After our initial call, we’ll present you with an itinerary geared to your travel desires. We’ll discuss the itinerary and potential changes, and adjust it as needed or desired. Once we finalize your itinerary, you’ll make a deposit to lock everything in.

Time to Explore
It’s time for takeoff! Prior to your departure, we’ll provide you with detailed travel documents to keep your trip organized and stress-free. You’ll also have use of our online app that keeps your itinerary at your fingertips, including electronic tickets and day-to-day schedules. The app includes what to expect each day of your trip, as well as contact numbers for support while you travel. Upon your return, we’ll be in touch to hear all about your wonderful experience!
